Η CERADINI B&C ιδρύθηκε τη δεκαετία του 1980 στη Βερόνα και δραστηριοποιείται στην παραγωγή, έρευνα και διανομή υψηλής ποιότητας φυτών παραγωγής.
Παρόλου που δημιουργήθηκε για να καλύψει μόνο τις ανάγκες των αγροκτημάτων Ceradini, η CERADINI B&C συνάντησε έντονο ενδιαφέρον από τοπικούς παραγωγούς, σε σημείο που το 2000 το φυτώριο και η φυτική παραγωγή έγιναν ξεχωριστός κλάδος της εταιρείας.
Η αποστολή της εταιρείας είναι να κατασκευάζει και να διανέμει υψηλής ποιότητας «ελεγμένο» πολλαπλασιαστικό υλικό απαλλαγμένο από παθογόνα και ασθένειες. Αυτό συνδέεται με την συνεχή παρακολούθηση των νέων τάσεων της αγοράς, και τη σύναψη συνεργασιών που μπορούν να παρουσιάσουν νέα καινοτόμα προϊόντα.

Το φυτώριο CERADINI B&C έχει δημιουργήσει στο πέρασμα του χρόνου, σταθερές συνεργασίες και χρησιμοποιώντας προηγμένη τεχνολογία παρέχει στους πελάτες άριστο αποτέλεσμα. Το φυτώριο συνεργάζεται με εργαστήρια «in vitro», παράγοντας φυτά με τεχνικές ιστοκαλλιέργειας που χαρακτηρίζονται από εντελώς άσηπτες συνθήκες διαχείρισης φυτικού υλικού. Στη συνέχεια προχωρά στο μικρομόσχευμα (στο εργαστήριο) και στη σκλήρυνση των φυτών στο θερμοκήπιο πριν προχωρήσει στη μεταφύτευση σε επιλεγμένα χωράφια, απαλλαγμένα από παθογόνα και ασθένειες.

Διαθέτει 5 θαλάμους ψύξης για διατήρηση των φυτών μέχρι τη στιγμή της παράδοσης. Σε συνεργασία με το εμπορικό τμήμα, η εταιρεία έχει αναπτύξει ένα χαρτοφυλάκιο που προσφέρει ποιοτικά προϊόντα στους καλλιεργητές.
